The client calls the candidate in for a telephone or an in-person interview.
If the client decides to hire the candidate, we assist in the negotiation of the compensation package.
The client sends the formal offer to the candidate.
If the candidate accepts the offer, the placement is done.

Local Job, International Candidates

The client sends us the job order with specific requirements.
Our house recruiters contact our branch offices and partners in the target countries.
Our branch offices and partners conduct their own screening procedures.
Our Singapore office does a second level skills assessment of the candidates forwarded by our branch offices and partners.
The resumes of the selected candidates are turned over to the client for review and interview.
The candidate’s references are checked.
The client calls the candidate for a telephone or video interview. If the client intends to hire a lot of people, he/she may decide to go on a trip to the target country to do personal interviews.
